Toi Butler, owner of Upscale Hair Gallery since 1991, has been in the cosmetology industry for over 30 years. In those thirty years, she has mentored over 30+ Stylists and assisted many of them start their own business and develop into successful entrepreneurs. She has attracted a very diverse clientéle that includes great people such as news anchors, doctors, judges, sports figures and many others in the entertainment industry, as well as everyday folks who enjoy the excellent hair care experience Upscale provides. Toi is a committed community activist. She works
with the homeless, the Susan G. Colman Breast Cancer Society and the American
Heart Association. She receives great satisfaction in educating
women on the importance of self breast examination and the warning signs
of early heart disease and diabetes.Toi says,“We

Toi has received recognition for her many contributions to the hair
care industry. She received the Living Legends Award in Cosmetology
and the Best Salon Award in 2007. She contributes to her
trade through continued educational courses and her passion in the science
of hair care.
